Welcome to our 2026 Jefferson County-1000 Islands Plein Air Festival. This year, artists may paint anywhere within the boundaries of Jefferson County! Our final judging, awards, and public sale of artworks will be held on Sunday August 9, from 11AM-4PM at the beautiful Thousand Islands Winery at Collins Landing, in Alexandria Bay NY!
